The KONEX TF Series 3D Dicing Machine is an industrial high-capacity cutting solution designed for meat, root vegetables, fruits, and other suitable food materials. With interchangeable cutting sets, it can produce uniform cubes, strips, and slices. Five models are available with capacities ranging from 500 to 3,000 kg/h for different production requirements.

The KONEX TF Series 3D Dicing Machine is a heavy-duty industrial cutting machine designed for high-volume food processing. It is suitable for processing frozen and semi-frozen meat, as well as root vegetables, fruits, and other suitable food materials into uniform cubes, strips, or slices.

The machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with PLC touchscreen control and variable frequency speed adjustment. Different cutting sets can be selected according to the required finished product size and cutting format.

With five models from TF300 to TF500, the series provides processing capacities ranging from approximately 500 to 3,000 kg/h, making it suitable for central kitchens, meat processing plants, prepared food factories, and large-scale food production lines.

1. What products can the KN-F300 process?

The KN-F300 processes frozen pork, beef, chicken, root vegetables, and selected fruits. It supports dicing, slicing, and shredding with interchangeable cutting components. Industrial food dicers are commonly used for meat as well as vegetables and other firm food products.

The machine processes products between -10°C and 0°C, with the optimal temperature range being -7°C to -5°C.
